Hours year round.

Wednesdays: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Saturdays: 9:00am–Noon

The Solid Waste Site is located about 2 miles south of Drummond on the East side of Highway 63.
Look for the two towers, one on the east side (next to the Waste Site), and one on the west side of Highway 63.

No charge for household recycling.

We are no longer accepting demolition.

The dump will only be taking LARGE ITEMS from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This includes ALL appliances, tires and other non-garbage or recyclable items.

  • All Computer-Related Equipment: towers, printers, keyboards, mouse, etc.

  • All Large Appliances: stoves, washer/dryer, microwaves, dishwashers, water heaters, etc.
    (Charge for refrigerated items.)

  • All Small Appliances: toaster ovens, toasters, coffee makers, can openers, heaters, vacuum cleaners, fans, lamps, etc.

  • Other Small Electronics: stereos, VCR/DVD players, phones, game systems, all power tools, hair dryers, electric music instruments, etc.

  • All Bicycles (tires okay)

  • All Batteries: car/truck size down to small ones like AA

  • All Kitchen Items: pots and pans, silverware, etc.

  • All electrical wiring/house wiring/electrical fixtures

  • All culverts and sewer castings

  • All BBQ and gas grills

  • All cast iron and heavy iron

  • All copper/brass/plumbing items

  • All electric motors

  • All gas motors

  • All aluminum windows and doors (glass is okay)

  • All aluminum items: lawn chairs, ladders, etc.

  • All normal scrap steel items

These items are accepted for a charge:

  • During the summer months, we have a dumpster available for Larger Items for $40.00 a pickup load, $50.00 for Long Box pick up load, Trailer $40.00+ (depending upon it’s fill size) The attendant will determine the charge. NO DEMO TRAILERS.

  • Refrigerators, Freezers, Air Conditioners, De-humidifiers, anything with a compressor or Freon Unit inside of it: $35.00 per item charge. Microwaves $5.00 to $10.00 per item depending on size.

  • Other Large Appliances $5.00 per item charge

  • Televisions (any size, both tube type / flat screens), Computer Monitors (any size), and Laptops: $35.00 per screen charge. More than 30” $50.00

  • Car and Truck Tires (with or without rims). Regular sized tires: $6.00 per tire, Oversized tires: $25.00 per tire and up, depending upon size, not semi or tractor tires.

  • Propane tanks/LP Tanks, 10 gal/(BBG Grill) or 100–1000 gallon size: $10.00 per tank. (Tanks 1 gallon in size or smaller are FREE.)

  • Garbage bag sizes: 13 gal. (household) $3.00 per bag, 32 gal (large can) $4.00, Contract bag (industrial, packed full) $5.00
