REGULATING TRASH BURNING WITHIN THE SANITARY DISTRICT

1.  Residential burning barrels and the burning of household trash shall be prohibited within the area of the Drummond Sanitary District which lies East of the Drummond Lake Road and North of Highway U.S. 63.

2.  Fines:  Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance may be fined not less than $25.00 for the first  violation, and $50.00 for each subsequent violation, along with the costs of prosecution and in default of payment shall be imprisoned in the County Jail as set forth by the County Judge.

3. Effective date:   This ordinance shall be in force and effect on and after its passage and publication, and any and all parts of Ordinances in conflicts herewith are hereby repealed.

Enacted at a regular Town Board meeting this 12th Day of April 2006.
